Got the Nike+ wrist band. It tracks mileage, time, speed, avg pace and calories burned. Plus you can plug the sensor into your computer and then map where you went and put in your location to see other runs in your area.
Now if that doesn't flip your running shoe, Nike will also be launching a heart rate monitor (the real kind that goes around your ribs for accuracy) to work in conjunction with the device. This means I can track my runs, get accurate mileage, calories burned and stay within my fat burning heart rate zone to burn the max fat calories, then track my run online and see my progress. Wow, I love technology.
