Well, it is high in fat and bad cholesteral, that is why it was a villian, just like eggs. But what about the benefits of bathing in it? TMI?!?!

Ugh, you didn't read it! It is high in the good fats, the kind that don't turn into adipose tissue. Also, it actually helps you with your cholesterol...according to the scientific research which supports this article.

I did read it, but I was commenting on why it was labled a "villian". It has good AND bad fat, much like eggs. :)
