Beauty is pain and pain is beauty right? Well, my butt is burning, red, I'm talking ultraviolet...and it's not even close to resembling beautiful right now.

Finally did something I said I would never do. Went tanning. One roommate started talking about her pale, dry winter skin, the other said "let's go tanning" and before I knew it there I was at LimeLight tanning spa with the slogan "most girls fake it", burning my whole body under the searing UV lights. Everything is now a very painful lobster red. Ouch!

You know you are only supposed to go in for 8 minutes your first time!!! Or maybe your buns have never seen daylight before!?!?!

Unfortunately for my buns I believed the tanning salon manager when she told me the machine I was going to use only sent out the tanning rays, no burning rays. Then she let me go for 15 minutes...ya.

A valuable lesson was learned here, don't rely on tanning salon clerks for science lessons! haha. Clearly she doesn't understand that the same rays that create the tan are the ones that cause the burns if left on longer. So are you having to go commando or something all day?!?!

Nobody, wants to know that Steve.
