I will not eat at Crown Burger, I will not eat at Crown Burger, I will not eat at Crown Burger...just three weeks ago I was runnin 3 miles a day. I felt so healthy. I was losing weight. I was on track for that amazing summer body I've always wanted. But with the move, and dating life, and the new job and everything...well, I've been eating like a cow. And today, UGH! I feel like a cow. I can't keep eating like this. No more shakes, pizza, burgers, fries, no more icecream (why do I love the things I'm allergic to?), no more snickers bars, or vending machine food for that matter. I will pack a proper lunch, I will drink water, I will take my vitamins, and I WILL go running...as soon as I find a trail...or a gym...

Isn't it so easy to fall of the healthy living plan? I got a cold in March and haven't been back to the gym regularly since. And I hear you about the allergy foods. Basically anything that comes from a cow makes me violently ill these days. I recommend Soy Dream Mint Chocolate Chip "ice cream" and Tofutti's Mint Choclate Chip Cuties (mini "ice cream" sandwiches). I can't handle the soy aftertaste on any other flavor of "ice cream" but the mint covers it. Probably won't help the diet, but will help the allergy.

I love Tofutti Cuties. I used to vegan and had to survive on something afterall. Hey, I live in your town now, btw. And I went to WildOats yesterday and bought strawberries and actually ate them for lunch. I mean I actually packed a lunch. Except I caved and ate a bag of Cheetohs. Argh!

Its hard not to eat when life is topsy-turvey!

Wow, vegan. That is a commitment. I was forced to give up the dairy, I don't think I could have done it voluntarily. I like Wild Oats, but the store on 4th & 7th makes me slightly claustrophobic and Sugarhouse is just too far to drive to do grocery shopping. Rumor has it Whole Foods is shopping for a site in SLC. Fingers crossed it is at the Gateway!

Ya, I saw that in the Trib today. I went there all the time when I was in DC. WildOats needs some competition here to drive down the high prices

What they truly need in Utah is Trader Joes. Where organic is cheap. I dig their simmer sauces. Safeway and Giant now have a good organic selection too.

Oh, I miss that place. I still have this jar of mediterranian soup that I bought before I moved and took with me. I'm saving it for a rainy day or when I feel like I just really need it. In some ways it's more like a symbol to me of things I loved about the EC.

I went to the manhattan trader joe's last saturday and the cashier was super cute. The friend who was at the store with me said I should go back and flirt with said cashier. What the heck

now that you are scoping out other women (and for some reason felt the need to tell me how attractive someone else besides me or one of my friends is) I have to ask what happened to the gf?
