Weekend Recapitulations

Where do I begin with this weekend? Went to Muse Music to listen to a local band "Saint Sebastian's School for Wicked Girls". They aren't the best I've ever heard, but surprisingly not bad for Utah County-and what a cool name. Muse is an old record shop off the Center Street in Provo with a room in back for local bandage on the weekends.

Muse gets an A+ for audience participation. A hippie couple danced next to us-the guy was wearing a bathrobe (awesome). They danced care-free along with many others in the crowd. Some young hellions up front let loose, twisting and gyrating with robotic motion, during the pre-Saint Sebastian band, "The Brobecks". They were even more entertaining than the band. I was so glad I wouldn't be the only one dancing. It's just no fun if no one else can let themselves enjoy the moment.

Smitty's car died and after the show I let him use my jumper cables-cuz I'm nice.

Yesterday I went with my roommate to see "Pride and Predjudice". Can I just say I am so in love with love right now? I want my own, personal Mr. Darcy to come walking through the early morning fog and to say, "Just one word and I shall be silenced forever" and for me to answer without saying anything because it means he hasn't been silenced and that I am his and he mine and we embrace at the perfect moment and have the perfect movie kiss, in the rain, in the meadow, and we are both so in love. Oh, I could just die and be happy. It was a perfect movie. I cannot even compare it to the A&E version, though. It's much more condensed, but so so so much more romantic.

I loved it too. :) And I'm glad it's easy to keep separate from the BBC version. Funny we were in the same theatre.

That was so weird. We were in the same theater in Sandy, at the same time, in the same section, and didn't even know each other went, and didn't even see each other, and didn't even realize we were both there until yesterday at church.

MJ-funny thing is I didn't even pay attention to your spelling, either.

By the way, I love the all of you.
